Remaining Positive: Mercury Retrograde, 12 Mar to 04 Apr

Sooooo… If you’ve done your astrological homework and did your ‘Preparing for Mercury Retrograde’ you are truly going to be at the head of the class for the next few weeks ahead. And noooooo, the end of the world is not coming quite yet just because The Messenger is taking time to offer us all some necessary reflection within our lives. But, rest assured, this passage is going to change up a lot things for the collective.

Remaining positive couldn’t be more important to grab on to with both hands, and hold on tight. Let’s just think of Mercury for a second. Envision our quicksilver planet who ever-so enjoys delivering his messages and information, making sure travel and movement is happily happening wherever he goes. Now, picture him blindfolded in a sense, in where, he can not see where he is going to do all of these things he typically keeps himself quite busy with.  What would you do if you had to literally only physically move backwards to function down here below?

This is why, we are not “doomed” under Mercury Retrograde at all. It is all how our free-will chooses to perceive the changes that will naturally unfold during this passage from above. Rejoicing can be yours under Mercury Retrograde by remembering all those RE’s. LEAPING

It’s that time again as the calendar date of the 29th February falls into our Universal Year, when here we are, all contemplating about taking leaps in our lives. While most may think this is a fabulous time to “jump” into something new, our star secrets highly recommend that age-old expression, “Look before you leap.”

In response to being interviewed by the Berkshire Eagle, about what it all means to initiate something new in the life upon the every 4 year possibility of the 29th February, we find that the energy of this date always brings with it not so much of a leaping tendency. “It’s a good day for everyone to sit and be a little quiet and have a good listen, because you may get some very interesting messages.”

Why is would this be so? Looking to the 29th, we find Grace Under Pressure to be the karmic path of this date, governed by the Moon through the singular 2. With the receptive and sensitive emotional side of things at play, this calendar date within any given month gravitates to taking a reflective state and trying out a little bit of nurturing before taking any action, especially whenever a pressurized situation may surface within the life. Hence the ancient Chaldeans understanding of responding with grace, and keep the feelings in check here.

Whenever we have an extra day in February every 4 years, we will always see this to fall under a Pisces Sun. Here again, is a water-guided energy like the 2, but now we have dreamy Neptune in the mix. While a communicative Fish is always known to be on the move, this date of initiation always will ask of the native to mirror how our Rumi wisely knew what it is ultimately necessary to have a good listen, “Be silent, like the fish.”

Back to taking those leaps. Thus, heeding to “Look before you leap,” isn’t too bad an option to choose here. As the 26 reduces to 8, guess who is in charge whenever “leaping” is going on? Our favorite planet of fatherly wisdom, Karmic Saturn. While life can talk endlessly about taking risks and “betting” on them to work out in our favors, when it comes to “leaping” into faith, from Numerology’s perspective, you better cross your T’s and dot your I’s first. Saturn will always advise, go slow to receive your solid and genuine gains in life, for these are all the more worth it when stability and responsibility is adhered to.

Remembering Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

As we take pause to remember in 2026, ninety-seven years ago in 1929, Dr. King was born upon January 15th. His initiation to earth instilled his heart to be naturally guided by the accountable leadership sun sign of Capricorn, coupled by the 15’s Karmic Path known as The Magician.

Let’s dive in further of how we can distinctly see the numerological and lexigram conscious connectivity that undeniably energetically worked and channeled through Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s life experience.

Originally named Michael Luther King, he came down to 28 Lifepath, with the Chaldean Karmic Mystery of The Trusting Lamb. As one walks along a 28 lifepath, there are incredible achievements and responsibility given to the person. However, the 28 asks that careful planning be adhered to secure what one has gained. Remembering Al Hirschfeld

We take pause today to remember another Grand Gemini, Al Hirschfeld. Known for over an incredible 80 year career of capturing the life and times of celebrities throughout the 20th century with the simplicity of ink on paper, there is no question how Hirschfeld became appropriately titled, ‘The Line King.’

Born in St. Louis to the last licks of 29 degree Gemini Sun in 1903, Albert Hirschfeld was gifted right from the start. Even though Al was distinctly known through his caricatures, he did begin his art enthusiasm through the mediums of painting and sculpture alongside the obvious knack of his intimacy with the line in his drawings.

Before a life-long artistic career while residing in New York City, Hirschfeld studied in Paris. Like many extremely talented souls who achieve greatness in their field, Al possesses an auspicious astrological aspect called the grand trine within his natal birth chart. Grand trine??? You might be saying… what on earth does that mean? Umm… do I have one of those?

Although Hirschfeld’s time of birth is not exactly known, one can still determine from the date of birth the placement of each of his planets in the signs they were in when he first drew breath upon 21 June, 1903. Within Al’s personal “universal photograph” we can easily determine a distinct connection between three of his planets: Mercury, Mars, and Saturn- representing his thinking/mentality, drive, and self-reliance, respectively.

For Al, these planets sit in the three Air Signs, as trine essentially means things of the same element, with a different task at hand. One, he became a father to a daughter named Nina. On a “fluke” he hid her name within a drawing to commemorate the occasion. This infectiously caught on as a game of sorts that was never to end, for, from that moment forward, Hirschfeld fans everywhere wanted more and more NINA’s to find in his dazzling lines. Thus here to did the well-known Hirschfeld signature begin, wherein the number listed after his name indicated the number of NINA’s to find.

It is sad to open a Sundays’ The New York Times ‘Arts and Leisure’ section and not be able to find another wondrous capture of lines on paper that intimately and yet so simply related the subject matter at hand. Al worked consistently up until his passing upon the 20th of January 2003. His grand trine in the air signs undoubtedly aided in his clarity that lasted throughout his 99 years, as these energies are known to retain their mental capacities, while Gemini is a great influence to retain youth.
