Don’t Blame Mercury Retrograde This Summer

Yes that “tricky time” otherwise known as “MRx” is coming up to span over your upcoming Summer Dear Stars. Mercury will Retrograde for Round 2 of 2019 from 07 to 31 July.

Are you one of those people who think you already know all about Mercury Retrograde and how it works? Have you and do you continue to blame all your problems on our Messenger planet during these times of the year versus stand up and become reachable and teachable concerning this cycle of reflection?

You would be correct about one thing. There is absolutely no question that Mercury Retrograde is well know to cause plenty of energetic upsets, delays, confusion, errors, the need to practice the pause as well as our patience, and rerouting of any good plan you might have otherwise have intended to flawlessly experience.

However, trying to place the BLAME on Mercury Retrograde at any time it is in affect is only hurting yourself to ABLE A LAME ME and BE A LAME ME as our English language via Lexigrams allows us to spell out the truth.

As a professional astrologer for over 2 decades, I have watched people constantly get their panties in a bunch and cast their frustration in a fury to Mercury like he is the evil demon spirit that must be abolished. Or I endlessly watched people who are clueless it even is “MRx” at all, which is like watching dominos quickly fall. For me, from my planetary perspective, it really got painful watching people struggle and falter when I know when anyone is informed, things most certainly can be completely avoided. These repeated observations are what prompted me to develop my Mastering Mercury Retrograde programs.

THE FACT IS: Mercury Retrograde should never be “blamed.”

This recurring cycle is ultimately only meant to be respected and honored for what it absolutely is able to do for you. If your free will chooses to do so, the rewards can only become yours. The first and foremost point to understand whenever “MRx” reoccurs:

MERCURY RETROGRADE IS A CYCLE OF REFLECTION.

If you try to force any kind of matter for future success during this approximate 3 week time frame, I do wish you good luck. However, you undeniably set up your supposed new foundation upon the sandiest ground you can find if initiating under a Mercury Retrograde time frame.

Yet, if you intend upon taking a look at your life on a personal level and look back at what already exists, I commend and salute you. Undoubtedly, you will find the honoring of reflection, correction, reassessment and recharge to work to your fullest benefit.

Astrology has a wise saying, “The stars compel, they do not incline.” Being aware and armed with advanced Mercury Retrograde insight only allows you to be able to have fun, remain flexible, and know that all the stirs of changes are meant to be happening whenever it is in affect. Being it never cycles through the same zodiac signs twice within the other planetary transits in play, each one energetically has a distinct message and theme we are meant to integrate into our personal pictures.

Turning Around Responsibility

Our accountability sign known as The Goat in the zodiac skies of Capricorn is getting plenty of attention over the past week. With our most outer planet Pluto having turned Retrograde upon 24 April, one more outer planet celestial visitor of Saturn joins in the Capricorn reflection party 29 April.

While the very word “Retrograde” -especially when attached to inner planet Mercury- alarms most people who are aware of the upsets and rerouting energy it typically unfolds, it is wise to understand the difference of any inner and outer planet backtracking requests. No matter what planet is retrograding, reflective and contemplative action is at our fingertips.

As Mercury Retrogrades frequently reoccur around 3-4 times per year for 21 days, outer planet Retrogrades only occur yearly (Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto), anywhere from 4 to a little over 5 months at a time. If you are familiar with Mercury Retrograde, you already know there are plenty of those do’s and don’ts “Rx rules” that apply to it due to it’s proximity to the earth, casting off much stronger energetic affects for us to navigate.

Equally, there are very few times when no planets in our zodiac skies are in Retrograde motion, coined as All Planets Direct Motion, which has already graced us in 2019. As we close out the remainder of this year, one if not up to five planets will be retrograde at varying times.

Let’s get back to Pluto and Saturn, who are the focus of this conversation.

The next 5 months unfold plenty of reworking and “interesting events” in our worldly affairs concerning authority, power, wealth, banking and leadership upon the entire planet. Equally, wherever Capricorn is placed in your natal astrology chart, will also see this reflective and correction period story play out on a personal level via your current forecast.

Pluto Retrogrades from 23 degrees back to 20 degrees Capricorn by 03 October.

Pluto is our big power hitter -as small as he may be- to bring ultimate transformation, regeneration, change and intense shifts to unfold through the channels of rebirth. Within Capricorn where he has been transiting since 27 January 2008, the stimulation of ambition, persistence, efficiency, conservatism, materialism and organizing executive ability have all been on the radar. There is an obsession for recognition that unfolds, yet this is accompanied by a compelling need for self-discipline in order to successfully do so. Until January of 2024, this long-term cycle is at work wherever Capricorn affects the personal life.

Saturn Retrograde from 20 degrees back to 13 degrees Capricorn by 18 September.

Saturn is our karmic redeemer- as challenging as his lessons may ever be- to take ultimate responsibility, rise up to authority, become accountable, and reset the structure that may be out of place. There is diligent work to be done, and it must be done right. Within Capricorn where he has been transiting since 19 December 2017, the striving to develop self-control, organizing ability, integrity, and rightful effort all have been on the radar. There is a need to cultivate perseverance and the will to serve, yet this can be blocked back lack of confidence and originality. However removing the fear of going unrewarded grants the ambition to be successful through this time, knowing patience is the virtue to see all matters through to fruition. Until 17 December 2020, this long-term cycle is at work wherever Capricorn affects the personal life.

Under Retrograde, as both Pluto and Saturn take their reflective turn for 2019 simultaneously, there is an undeniable request to understand the slowing down and deeper concentration the Capricorn area of our life will require until the early Autumn. Once again, unlike Mercury Retrograde, outer planet retrogrades do not have the same “rules of thumb” as their backtracking affects are felt on a more subconscious level. Yet, what one really needs to know is, what is it that may challenge me during these months ahead? Moreover, where am I meant to honor a subtle cast of reflection, and understand there is a correction period going on?

The Reachable and Teachable Energy within a Current 9 Year Cycle.
2018 leaves its’ distinctive mark on many across the globe. Everyone witnessed more than their fair share of duality, overwhelming emotions, unbalanced situations, creative imagination, paternal pains, worries, and most importantly: opportunities for healing. Overall, it was Feeling the Feminine that wished to show us the divine and cooperative light within our human experiences that absolutely has changed our perspectives and directions during the past 12 months.

Our human experiences now shift during 2019, into a new energetic cycle that collectively co-exists alongside our spiritual beings, seeking to align us in the rhythm of three.

2012 (5) brought forth blossoming, new information, rapid movement and permanent changes. Communications, mass changes & no going back unfolded for humanity.

2013 (6) called for understanding, compassion, adjustment, and balance.
Justice, judgment & harmony asked to be aligned and embraced.

2014 (7) asked for the “soul homework” the inner work and required reflection in order to heal. Solitude, listening & remaining in the eye of the apparent storms called to be heard.

2015 (8) asked us to reap the harvest, find the recognition & accept the reward. Only practicing responsibility, patience & honor allowed this stabilizing energy to flourish.

2016 (9) motivated us to draw upon conclusions, dramatic endings and release. Penetration as well as aggressive action persisted, but a warriors’ courage was our cure.

2017 (1) new seeds of life & creation were planted once again, aligning in major shifts of direction. Egocentricity, creativity & stunning initiations were witnessed on a global level.
