Venus was transiting at ‘The Trusting Lambs’ 28 degree Scorpio towards the “tipping point” before changing signs as the world became aware of the aggressive actions that occurred in the USA in Newton, CT and in Beijing, China upon 14 December 2012. Finishing up her transit within the sign of death and rebirth since 21 November, these last degree points are often times when planets offer up the most critical advice to keep in mind. As the world mourned upon 15 December -at the 29 degree of Scorpio- she asked us to remain in ‘Grace Under Pressure.’

Now in Sagittarius until 08 January 2013, our Idealist asks for the collective to take up in full aims of seeking the truth; targeting honesty; recognizing generosity and practicing it; cherishing what value still remains half full and continue to build from there. Try to refrain from tactless and blunt methods of affection which this sign is always receiving the bad rap for. Instead, be open to claiming you are a kneeling submissive student where The Archer always wishes for you to grow some new beliefs with the roots of culture within them from this part of the life. Mercury enters Sagittarius

As the approach to Mercury Retrograde began 18 October, the level in Scorpio continued to rise as Saturn’s presence within this sign calls forth responsibility for a long passage when it comes to understanding transformation within our lives.
 
For those in the Northeastern Unites States, Mercury’s present movement over the tipping point (crossing point of 29 degree of last sign to 0 degree of the next) from Scorpio to Sagittarius comes as precisely as Hurricane Sandy is making history. As always when dealing with the 29th degree, you have quite volatile energies at play, and with an ever changing planet like Mercury, it will cause some of them to seem highly out of control. Our Messenger only starts his journey for a short passage within The Archer upon 29 October, where in swirls of independent, roving, aspiring and ever-aiming mentalities surface on the collective. What also is striking is the direct square to Neptune at 0deg Pisces, which undoubtedly is causing much of the chaotic swirls that are casting sensitive, changeable, and more than the fair share of unpractical realities. It is highly advisable to remain in common sense practices, for the tendencies for depression and nervous exhaustion is immensely huge under this particular aspect between Mercury and Neptune.

Even as he slows down and stations a couple of days before 06 Nov at the 04 degree of Sagittarius, this square energy to Neptune will be in full affect until after Mercury reenters Scorpio 14 November. Our Pioneer has set the stage for Mercury and Saturn since 23 August, and now brings motivation and drive to where The Archer aims within the life throughout 16 November. Desires become impulsive here and endurance and stability must be cultivated in order to reap the rewards of finding the spontaneous energy that is meant to be mobilized. While frank, self-righteous and even at times defiant attitudes may be displayed, be sure to respond with optimism, enthusiasm, and aspiration to curtail the ego’s argumentative reactions.
