Since Saturn entered Libra in late October, our dear karmic and fatherly planet is already bringing some needed HARMONY back to the world. One group that is completely tuned-in to the balancing act of the fair scales of this Venus ruled sign is The Harmony Project in Columbus, Ohio.

She’s just been crowned with Country Music’s h

ighest honor, the CMA’s Female Vocalist and Entertainer of the Year Awards. One may question why this 19 year old has risen to such stardom so “swiftly,” with a string of numerous achievements under her belt to prove it. Well, for one, Sagittarians are known to be lucky. But let’s take a closer look at our planets above along with the uncanny mysteries of Lexigrams to find some insightful answers.Born to the name TAYLOR ALISON SWIFT upon 13 December 1989, this Sagittarius was cast to the 13’s karmic path of Regeneration – Change. SATURN enters LIBRA

Our karmic planet of self-reliance and responsibility is making a big move in the planetary skies today, precisely at 1:09pm EST. Saturn has spent the last 2 years since 9:49am, 02 September 2007, in the sign of Virgo. While in the sign of service, discrimination, and analysis- the collective’s faith has been undoubtedly shaken.

Saturn now moves on to stir-up the astrological realms of Libra for the next three years, until it enters Scorpio upon 04 October, 2012. The typical passage of Saturn through any given astrological sign is approximately 2- 2 1/2 years. With the recent upheavals Saturn created while in Virgo, it sure seems logical that it’ll take three years while visiting in The Scales to straighten it all out.

It’s been all the political chatter about South Carolina’s House Representative Joe Wilson’s “You Lie” outburst during President Obama’s speech last week on 09 September. Could we possibly blame Mercury for this?Mercury Retrograde periods are well known for communication “slip-ups.” Indeed it surely seems Wilson did not adhere to the advice of this planetary passage, which is to slow down, think before you speak, and by all means don’t react: respond.While Mercury may have took away Wilson’s communication reasoning, his current Personal Year Cycle of the 22/4 equally forewarns him to be submissive and cautious. The 22 year can manifest the energies if one is not in full awareness, for the soul to “appear like a fool, with a knapsack of errors upon his back.” Hmmm.09 September bombarded Wilson with more numerical forewarnings, as it is his current 4 Personal Month, and the 9th was his 4 personal day. Three layers of 4 energies, all telling him to be tolerant while being “the kneeling submissive student.” Unfortunately, his think before you speak action allowed him to fall right into the 12’s deeper understanding of playing out ‘The Sacrifice – The Victim’ potential. Anytime the 4 gets combined with other 4 vibrations, there is typically something terribly unexpected that occurs.

And ah… we won’t go and further to mention, Wilson is a Leo 4, (31 Jul) and so is our President Obama, (04 Aug). If only Wilson did not try to compete with his own kind. Lion fights are never pretty to witness.

We’ll wrap up Virgo and the end of our summer with the third Mercury Retrograde passage of 2009. When we look to the planets, you’ll find there is always someone in the Universal skies offering us the opportunity for reflection. One might be asking, why NOW!? It’s time to get back to things like school, routines, and more importantly- work. And now Mercury’s here to throw his wrenches into things?

As always, we are here to tell you this is no time to panic, Dear Stars!

Retrograde: Any planet’s reverse movement which results in an opposite direction to that of the Earth’s orbit around the Sun, or of the Moon around the Earth.

REmember, when in Retrograde, that planet’s channel is what one might say is well…a little off in the optimal energy it brings to us. Looking to ruler of all communications and movement Mercury, one can only begin to imagine the multitudes of circumstances that could become a slight eschewed when the channel of The Messenger is not looking where he is going.

Think of it like an extended summer vacation of sorts… there is now time allotted by the Universe to tie up lose ends, reassess given situations, and still take plenty of time to RELAX -one of the best things we can do under Mercury Retrograde. While our Messenger backtracks through Libra, taking a rational and well-ordered approach in our routines and communications is advised. Beware of being easily distracted, and that feeling of indecision to be heightened. REmember, anything of long-term importance shouldn’t be decided upon until Mercury returns to forward motion.

Mercury backtracks into Virgo upon 17 September, and for the remainder of the retrograde period we are ultimately challenged to practice diligence and subtlety in our routines and communications. REmembering MICHAEL JACKSON

Whether you like or dislike Michael Jackson, one cannot be in any denial of the significant impact he brought to this world, in multitudes of ways beyond the legacy of his music he has now left behind. Certainly one could write a book alone about how the Universe affected the life of the “King of Pop.”

But we only have this blog space for now, and by the planets’ take, our legendary King was not cast into the easiest of karmic paths to achieve his success upon. Yet accomplish it he most surely did, being born upon the 29 August, 1958. This made him an “at service to the world” Sun Sign Virgo, a 29 Karmic Path who walked along a 42/6 Lifepath.

The very day of the calendar month anyone is born upon denotes the karmic path influence, influencing the career, personality, and life lessons -which for Jackson- came with the 29’s Grace Under Pressure warnings:

This marks the 2nd Lunar Eclipse in a month’s time since 07 July, when the Moon eclipsed in Capricorn. Tonight’s Lunar offering will occur at 13 degrees Aquarius at 8:39pm. Undoubtedly this momentous planetary event is most auspicious for focusing upon our inventions, originality, individualism, and tolerance. This 13 degree Lunar Eclipse in the Water Bearer is most fortunate for the Chaldean’s understanding of Regeneration and Change.

Just before our Sun concludes its’ transit in Cancer before entering the energy of Leo, we are blessed to celebrate one of the more significant events of Summer 2009: the rare occasion of a Solar Eclipse. We find our Sun eclipsing at precisely 29 degrees Cancer Tuesday evening. Undoubtedly this momentous planetary event is most auspicious for new beginnings. But these seeds will only flourish if the necessary clearing of the past will be honored, which our recent Lunar Eclipse set up perfectly for us. This solar highlight occurs at 10:35pm, just 1 minute after a New Moon at 29 degrees Cancer at 10:34pm EDT.

As souls we can take this opportunity to bring forth all that needs initiation in our lives- with emotion and spirit marking our moves. The individual focus should be placed upon the area of life that the Cancer house within the birth chart rules over. Remember the Crab’s virtues of imagination, leadership, parenthood, and sensitivity are those the Universe is requesting to be utilized.

Whichever area of life the Cancer piece of your Zodiac Pie falls is where you can expect to see a fresh start emerge. Take the next 2 weeks to plant those seeds that will, with proper intention, reap a fantastic harvest in the life further down the road.

Lunar Eclipse in CAPRICORN, 07 July 2009

Yesterday blessed us with another ECLIPSE, as the collective was given the opportunity to embrace the reflective tones of a Lunar transit. Now we will prepare ourselves in just two weeks for the New Moon, on the approach to an initiating Solar Eclipse. Both July 2009 Eclipses occur during the Sun‘s visit in the sign of Cancer. We find the Moon urged us to purge yesterday upon Tuesday the 7th at 15 degrees Capricorn 5:38am EDT, a mere 17 minutes after the peak of the Full Moon 5:21am EDT.

What is the difference between the ecliptic energies the Universe’s offers during the Sun’s transit through the sensitivities of the Crab one may ask? The natural understanding of the Moon’s Full to New period, the waning phase- is a great place to start. Now, as we have just peaked at the Full Moon in Capricorn, the Moon has exhausted it’s energy in this opposite sign of the current Sun. This offers the appropriate rhythm for contemplation, reorganization and review as the Moon now loses it’s fullness, thus the waning phase.

We gear up for the upcoming Solar Eclipse upon the New Moon 21 July, where the opportunities for new beginnings and fresh starts will be at our fingertips. But first- release, reassessments, and cleansing is smart to gravitate to until then.

The next two weeks until the New Moon in Cancer grants us Earthlings the necessary time to make assessments of the activities within our lives of the previous two since 22 June. Looking to our natal birth charts will tell us on an individual level what areas of life we should apply focus and energy. It is silly to think we as humans can “fix everything” in our lives that we know may be in need of adjustment. The Moon’s movement points monthly where we can make these proper choices of reflection.

Yesterday’s Lunar Eclipse brought to the collective all of the Moon’s intensity in Capricorn, at a very balanced 15 degrees. The 15’s numerical understanding from the Chaldean perspective is The Magician, and is singularly ruled through 6 by Venus. Coupled with the stabilizing energies of the Goat, this planetary event is blessing the collective with the message to honor your relationships, while taking responsibility of them. Lessons learned, respecting tradition, and honing in on wisdom are intense under any Capricorn Moon.

Your 15 degree Capricorn piece of your Zodiac Pie indicates the area of life you ideally should look to find reflection within. Naturally it will bring pull to the opposite house the Sun is current transiting through in Cancer. 28 May born Mark Sanford just celebrated his new 26/8 Personal Year. Apparently he did not do his required inner work that was requested from 2008’s cycle within the 7’s energy. While he did decide to spend time alone, it was on the internet doing something he shouldn’t have been.

And so now, as his 26/8 Personal Year of Partnerships has kicked in, his 5 Personal Month in June of permanent and major change wasted no time in bringing on the not so happy energy of the 26: “It warns of dangers, disappointments, and failure, especially regarding the ambitions, brought about through bad advice, association with others, and unhappy partnerships of all kinds.”

Whilst the 26 year can be one of reward, recognition and a bountiful harvest, when a soul is not operating from a place of genuine intention, the pitfalls of any numbers’ energy will fall upon them. Sander’s Karmic Path of the 28, The Trusting Lamb, while being a lovely energy to be in the spotlight and grants the ability to be on the captivating stage of life, equally warns, “It symbolizes a person of fine promise, even genius, and great responsibility, with the capability of achieving impressive success, and the 28 person frequently does realize such success, only to see everything taken away unless he or she has carefully provided for the future. And so, the world saw on a 11/2 Personal Day of emotional upheaval for Sanford, an incredible shock. Sanford had it coming from all angles numerically, for the 11 also states: ”It represents two members of the same or opposite sex- or two opposed situations. In either case, compatibility of interest is lacking, and interference from a third force must be conquered. Difficulties may also arise from the illusion of separation. It’s necessary to unite divided goals to avoid a sense of frustrated incompletion.”

Not to give Gemini politicians a bad rap but woah… this is the second Gemini Governor in 2 years to get caught in the act of adultery. Mr. ‘SPLIT,’ ELIOT SPITZER, also was exposed under the same numerical cycles. Thinking back to another Gemini President, J.F.K., there is much to be said about the symbology of being The Twins.
