You’d have to not be living in the snow globe part of the world to be noticing our Lunar Lady gaining light in the past few days. Our Moon enters Virgo, Saturday 27 February at 7:52pmEST until Monday, 01 March at 7:31pmEST.

The Full Moon typically brings intensity to our emotions. Why is this the tendency? You’ll always find that upon each Full Moon in any given Zodiac month, that the “peak” occurs precisely as the Sun and the Moon reach a “full on” opposition to one another. Thus, while our current Sun is in Pisces at 09 degrees, the Moon will peak in its’ complimentary and opposite sign, Virgo at 09 degrees.

Our Moon, as beautiful as she is when completely full and luminous, also is at a very vulnerable place as all light is shining upon her. The night time loves its’ darkness for a reason. When completely illuminated, energies and emotions easily have an open channel to let guards down, and reveal possible insecurities. A NEW Moon in Aquarius is a perfect time within our winter’s hush to start planting some early seeds that will develop in the future, mainly in our soon to be SPRINGS! Our Moon enters the Water Bearer, Thursday 11 February at 6:24pmEST until Sunday, 14 February at 7:23amEST.

Any New Moon typically brings a fresh start to our emotions. When our New Moon shows itself in the inventive energies of Aquarius -the sign that brings new life to everything- it is a great time for prophecy and to put forth ideas we wish to implement and watch develop for the entire year ahead.

If you’ve had some clear evenings in your part of the globe, you more than likely have been noticing our Lunar Lady gaining light in the past couple days. Our Moon enters Leo Friday, 29 January at 9:10amEST until Sunday, 31 January at 8:23amEST.

We all know the Full Moon typically brings intensities to our emotional process. What will pack an extra punch this month is that our Moon will peak at 10 degrees, Leo, with feisty Mars, in extremely close quarters (otherwise known as conjunct), at 09 degrees Leo, who will not be looking where he is going while currently retrograding. Oh yeah… there could be some turbulence folks, so fasten those seat belts for safety.

The days leading up to and following Saturday’s luminous showcase will bring up drama, opinionated feelings, self-indulgences, and conceited attitudes to those unaware on the collective. Unbridled desires and inflammatory reactions are sure to burst- proceed with caution and be on the lookout for brash, rude, and militant attitudes to be flying around.
